The BTEC IT Unit 14 IT Service Delivery is the final, mandatory unit for the Level 3 Extended Diploma.
This is one of the trickier Units, in that it is deemed a 'Synoptic Unit' in that it required you to pull together knowledge that has been taught in other units, including Unit 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 11 and 16.
In addition Pearson has confirmed that there will be no textbook published to cover this unit.
